I received a phone call saying I had won a free Walmartn Gift card and I would only have to pay the cost of $193, or $1.98. I gave them my information and the next thing I knew I had all these charges put on my bank card and of course I never received the $100.00 gift card either. I went to my bank and they tried to get my money back to no avail. I called Valu-pass and told them to cancel and refund my money and never received it.
Now a year is gone by and they send me an email stating they will renew my membership if I don't cancel by the 1st of the month.
Every time I call they are busy and state if I leave my phone number, they will call me back. What a lie. They never call back and when I call again, the automated voice states I do not have the correct phone number I originallty used to order Valu-pass and I have the wrong credit card number and I will have to speak to a representative. Of couse they never come on the line and I end up using 14 to 25 minutes of my cell phone minutes each time.
This is a scam and I want action to be taken to stop this fraudulent operation.
