I paid for the first free "trial" bottle and did not like the product so called to cancel my subscription only to be told they had billed me yet again and even if I returned the 2nd bottle (which I have not received yet) that they would not refund the money. They said it was company policy but I was never given a copy of that policy so this is fraud... Very poor ethics in this company! Do not be scammed! I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB.
