I ordered pure green coffee bean extract online. This was delivered. After it arrived, I received a call asking me to purchase further things. I completely refused to do this. Several weeks later I noticed an unauthorized charge on my visa card. I called the customer service number 877-687-9282. I spoke to a man who stated he would reimburse the charge and no further charges would be coming. At the time I was speaking with him another woman was on the same phone line (she was from Detroit, MI) and had the same type problem as I only for much more money. Now, a week later, I have called them again because they have not reimbursed my money. They (Kelcie) says that she is proceeding to do this and that I should wait 7 days to see it on my acct. She would not give me the name of her company. "I'm not allowed to give that information out".
