I had a difficult situation that was quickly and efficiently resolved by StubHub representative, Patrick. I purchased tickets, following a PBS broadcast of Celtic Woman, thru StubHub. The tickets I purchased were misrepresented by a seller working through StubHub. The seats weren't good, but the show was sold out. There was no way to improve my seating options. I had paid more than twice the facevalue and I decided I didn't want to go to the concert under these circumstances. Patrick was polite and professional. He said he really wanted me to see this special concert, so he refunded 50% on the ticket price. The credit will show up in a few days on my card. I went to the concert and although the seats weren't great my husband and I had an exceptional evening! Completely turned the evening around. I am even more of a Celtic Woman fan than before... But now, I'm also a fan of Stubhub, thanks to Patrick.
