Waste Management should be reported by all their customers. I used their service for almost 20 years. They missed picking up my trash three times in a month and said they might be able to credit my account $2. They missed picking up my trash again, I called and they said they would send someone out only to receive a call thirty minutes later saying they would pick it up next week! That's four times in a month they missed picking up my trash. Then they said that they cut my service off in December because my payment was late in September, but they received payment November 30th... They never contacted me to say that they were cutting off my service and I was paid in full. The most deceitful company I have ever dealt with.
