Verizon Wireless Scams Again!
Not only are they the most expensive carrier, but their customer service is horrendous!
Each rep you speak to contradicts the other.
I was due for an upgrade and my daughter was having technical issues with her phone. Sat on the phone with tech for half an hour. They had me check the panel for water damage. We determined that wasn't the cause based on the color of the ribbon. After I upgraded my phone, was told phone got wet and it wouldn't be covered. Charged my bill 299.00 for a used dated phone! Liars and scam artistse
