I purchased almost $900 worth of jewelry from DSN in March rubellite and paraiba tourmaline rings. I have attempted several time to get information regarding the delivery status of order without success. I was on hold with customer service last night for over half an hour and never spoke with a real person. I was so disappointed, because I took into consideration prior purchases from Brooke Roberts at another jewelry channel in making my decision to order this jewelry from this company. I have no way to contact them or track my order. I feel sick over the whole thing, as the money was taken out of my account right away.
