I pulled up my credit report recently and had a hard inquiry by this company. This is very upsetting, because I never authorized this transaction and this company obviously has my information. I recently divorced and am currently repairing my credit. I%u2019ve attempted sending out letters to dispute this hard inquiry, I%u2019ve even attempted calling and have been given other numbers to contact. I feel like I%u2019m getting the run around.
