Late fee ripoff

My husband and i have been paying on this particular bill for over a year now. Our balance when we started was around $1,200.00
and our balance now is $1,180.00. The reason for this is because it says on the bill to send it 7 business days before the due date and that is what i have been doing. For some reason it still doesn't seem to get there on time. So there for my payment is late just about every month. That is exactly why we are not getting this bill payed off. On the other hand other bills that are due on the same day and mailed at the same time seem to reach their destination on time. It is obvious that this business is scamming their customers and something needs to be done about it.
