I have had this card for 1 year and have always paid my bills on time. I have always paid more than the minimum due each month and have even paid the balance off, in full, twice. After the last pay off, I received another bill for $2.48.
I sent a check to cover it 2 weeks before it was due. They took 21 days to post it to my account (which, of course, made it late) and charged me a $30 late fee. I have sent them 2 letters. If they cared enough to review my account, they would see that my payment history with them is great.
It is obvious that I would not risk my credit rating or a $30 late fee over $2.48 but they refuse to remove the charge. I have cancelled my account with them and will never do business with this company again. They are cheats! This company also charges extra fees to accept a credit line increase or to pay your bill online or on the phone... What a joke!
