The Family Dollar Store IN CHILLICOTHE, IL located on WALNUT ST. Is neglectful in keeping their paper, boxes, and trash in proper containers and as a result it is blowing all over the area including into my back yard! I will be giving a copy of this complaint to the Chillicothe Mayor, Troy Childers. Hopefully this neglected issue can be resolved immediately.
