Purchase all inclusive package i have confirmation receipt and confirmation #but when i got to speak to someone to confirm my travel date of 7/19 I was informed that those dates were not available I have spoken to so many people from Felix the agent that sold me the package, Dean the travel planner and John supervisor, who just said that Felix was new and had made an error to deal with it. I have been going back and forth to different people truying to get my money back or at the least have my vacation, that has been paid for with no luck. I have confirmation numbers recceipts letters and nothing seems to be assepted as to validate my trip. So I ask how do I get my money back.
