He says he's from Vienna and lives in Florida and is working on a project in South Africa.

"The Road is already leveled up with and Granite. Its means the remaining materials to finish it off is Bitumen and we got some already. Just need more to make sure everywhere is properly tied with it. Bitumen is the black paint they lay on roads to make it smooth and motor-able. If you send the money tomorrow, i wont be able to receive it until Thursday Morning. Its means The Job will be done by Saturday and can prepare my ticket early next week.
