This person goes by Daniel Frey Jnr - he's a scam and wants money.

How are you doing my love? I'm sorry for my late correspondence because i was busy trying to work it out but none is working out and im really sorry about that news. I do appreciate your concern and curiosity. I know you were having difficulties because of the poor economy but believe me, we will get over it. I'm trying my hardest but the only solution is to get things done here and all will be well but before i can do that then i need your financial support. No matter how small it is, its the only my way out to get everything sorted out. I'm damn sure, getting out of here makes everything easy.
