Placed subscription for the "National Enquirer" paying for two years with the third year free. This was November 15 and as of this date, I have not received even one copy. Many conversations with numerous staff members, each saying they will look into problem get subscription started, yet nothing happens. Can't get through to anyone on the phone, must leave message and hope someone eventually calls back.
Originally paid $191.00 but after months of no magazine, I requested my money back, but VP Maryann Swaggerty sent check for $50.00 and promise three year deal remains intact.
