Dealfind refuses to give refunds when their merchants fail to provide what they promise.
If you order a product and it never arrives, they give you the runaround for months, either never answering your emails, or sending bogus tracking numbers and ignoring the fact that you have already stated merchandise never made it to you.
If you receive services that were not as advertised, Dealfind likewise refuses to refund your money. They will even go so far as to cut and paste irrelevant responses to your complaints, such as sending emails that refuse a refund based on the age of your voucher (claiming it is over a year old even though it was purchased 2 months ago). When you point out that they are not paying attention and sending bogus email responses, they come up with more spurious reasons why they should not refund you. Unlike their competitor, Groupon, who always refunds when services are not up to par, Dealfind is actually out to scam its customers and will gladly accept a fee to represent a company regardless of the quality of services. Using this company is throwing money down the drain. Avoid them like the plague – tell all your friends.
