I paid £2.95 postage for what was offered as a free trial of beauty creams and then found a further £3.95 had been taken from my account. Today i have found that a further £97.95 has been taken from my account and i can't find any way of contacting the company. My bank has informed me that the only hope i've got of getting my money back is by contacting them directly which appears impossible. I can ill afford to lose that amount of money and would be extremely grateful if anyone can help me resolve it.
