They will still access monthly annual fees, interest on the annual fees, and late fees even after the account has been closed. All going on even thought they have guaranteed you that your account has no balance and has been closed. Then they will start calling you and hound you for money (the fees) you owe them. Notice they have multiple locations so its hard to file a complaint for all of them.
