I received a letter as well stating that I've won $2,997, 500.00 and that "I am to confirm my identity as the rightful claimant by affixing my signature on the folio release document". Further stating that I need to "Complete the requested Information and place document and folio release registrant fee in the priority reply envelope. Affix postage & Mail before deadline".
