I took a free trial and paid shipping of £2.97. Sometime later the company to £79.99 from my card. When I tried to go to the complaint web site quoted in the email it didn't work but bought me to this site where someone else had made a complaint. The online invoice has a US phone number and no address. I am in the UK and was billed in sterling to my credit card
