I received a call saying that I had won 1million dollars and a free mercedes benz from publisher clearing house. They asked if I already had a money card from wal-mart, and if not I needed to be on my way to get it in order to be able to receive my prize. They wanted 10% to cover taxes so they could cut the check and I would be refunded my money. Well, because I was half asleep and they had me convinced I did it, and then somehow convinced me to do it again! They kept saying that they were on their way and I would be getting the money back, but that wasn't the case. Then my cell provider called me and asked why I had been talking to Jamaica for over 2hrs! I told them what happened and now Im paying for the call as well. I put the money on a green dot card and gave them the # on the back, it was for "confirmation" they said. I tried to call the card carriers and cancel the transaction to save my cash once i realized I was being scammed, but it was too late at that point. So I lost over 2,000.00$ to this phone scam grow out of Jamaica. How can I get justice?
