I purchased insurance for my daughter Kira J. Randall in December which was suppose to be effective January 1. The premiums are suppose to be $49.13 plus $1.50 for life insurance each month. I have paid them $586.62 to date. They have been double billing me each month and I have continued to call them and the problem has not been resolved. I just received another bill for $49.13 and another one for $77.86 for August. I don't owe them any money, they owe me.
If her insurance is $49.13 plus $1.50 for life
insurance the total is $354.41. My balance should be $232.21. My name is Louise Randall

My phone number is (Personal Information Removed). I have contacted them every month regarding this issue and it has not been resolved. Since they are not acknowledging that they have received the money they will try to cancel my insurance because I am not going to send them any more money.
