They Did Not Give Their Co. Name

They said they were a credit card company that would lower my current rate, then when I refused to give out my full credit card number they hung up on me. When I called right back on the user ID the phone was not in service. The phone number was (428) 000-9867. I told them I thought it was a scam. The call came in at aroud 1:45pm.
