I purchased four tank tops that were listed in catalog as $9.99 ea for every two purchased. I was charged $11.69 each. I have tried unsuccessfully to be credited. A metrostyle person (Kathy) e-mailed and was to be addressing this overcharge. Nothing was accomplished. I have e-mailed repeatedly and tried to call customer service many times. I am either disconnected or as of today left on the line listening to rude "music" for 45 minutes.
This is a travesty. I have been a good customer for many years. It isn't the money, it is the principle. This is no way to treat a customer. I'm totally fed up with them.
