Bought an item from them online that was to be sent to me digitally through a serial code.

Approximate wait time was 30 minutes.

Waited six hours and contacted them, they claimed they needed two more hours to "prepare it."

After two hours, they claimed they needed two more hours to "prepare it" again.

Another two hours and the same response.

I went to bed, woke up (Now 14 hours after the purchase) and asked again and they claimed they needed more time.

I've still yet to receive my product.
