We ordered water with crystal springs at http://www.crystal-springs.com, and they had the worst service ever. They would drop off way more bottles then had been ordered, then I had to request they pick some up. Next when I needed bottles and was running out they never picked up the old ones or delivered new ones. There was 5 calls made to the company, promises of call backs and still no bottles. Out of water I went to Lowes and picked up my own water.
After canceling the service in March they never got the bottles, and come April the auto system gave me notice a new delivery was on the way on 4/11. With 3 bottles out in my yard I called again to cancel. She advised me there was no notice of canceling service but she can cancel and they would have to move the pick up of the 3 bottles further out... Great. Plus there would be a charge for fuel services... Wonderful!!! The worst service ever... Stick with DeerPark water.
