I never took out a loan from them, they took out $30.00 on 2-16, which caused an overdraft fee also. Now two months later they take out another $30.00, which also caused an overdraft fee. I was able to get the bank take off the overdraft fee but still have to pay the $30.00. I will then change my account number that I have had for over 20 years. I called the number provided 775-200-1525 and can only leave voice mail. No response from the company.
