Back this past fall, I purchased from Auravie their skin care materials by telephone. I paid for the order by using my credit card. About two months later I received a second order which I hadn't ordered. I let it go and gave the contents to my daughter. Recently, I received a third order. I was not happy about the, So, I shipped it back. As yet, they have not credit my VISA card with the amount of that purchase. So, yesterday I called them. The customer service representative to whom I spoke had a very strong accent and would not give me answers to why the company has not refunded the cost of that last package. I asked to speak to her supervisor who she said was unavailable. She said he would call me. She asked me to confirm my email address, which I did. I didn't hear from any supervisor, but I did receive an email in which they said that when I made my first purchase there was an addendum which would allow them to continue to send future orders. I do not remember seeing that. I do not feel that there is any justification for them to misuse my credit card to make unwanted sales. Is there any action you can take to stop this practice? I would like to get my money returned to me via my VISA account.
