There was an add for free trial of their skin products that said need only pay $4.95 s & h. Paid that amount with my credit card on 7/24. However on 8/9 they did an unauthorized charge to my credit card for the amount of $97.88. When I called customer service, I was advised that it said the trial was for only 2 weeks. I kept on arguing with "Tray" in customer service so he put me on hold saying he needed to speak to his supervisor. Then came back saying that the products were on sale at the time I ordered so the price should've been $38.29 so they'll refund me $59.59. However, they requested that I email them stating I will not dispute the charges. So I knew right away that this is their tactic. This is a real scam.
