August I hired Bellamy and Son to construct a new driveway for my home. Shortly after the completion of the job a portion of the driveway clasped and created a large hole. Worried about the possibility of someone getting hurt, I called Mr. Bellamy and left numerous messages and he failed to respond. On December 13, I wrote and warned him that I would be reporting his company to Better Business Bureau and I would hold his company legally responsible should anyone were to get hurt.
Mr. Bellamy contacted me after receiving my letter and he patched the hole. He also promised to return in the spring and fix my driveway. I paid Joe Bellamy in full and once again he’s failing to respond. I find it frustrating to see his commercials on television and for himto be so irresponsible.
