I listened to their video, so I ordered the CD, & was also talked into buying the book, 3 DVD's, & CD-ROM, total of $96.99. I puchased them with my MC. When I recieved the unopen products, 2 of the 3 DVD's were shattered, & the book was of poor quality, so I returned them on 3-11-13. I have my P.O. Reciept as proof, it cost me $8.91 to send it off. I have called them several times & keep getting a recording, which is very frustrating! When I tracked it thru my P.O. Reciept, it was delivered on 3-18-13 at 8:24 AM. I WANT my card credited back ASAP! (authorization #RA2467448) ASAP!!!
