I sent all the items asked for - RECIEPT, BOOKS, VIDEO CARD, DISK, ORIGIONAL PACKAGING - back to company for warranty service, was told they would replace video card. 3 weeks later I get origional video card back loose in origional box, no book/paperwork (ie reciept) or disk. I called company and they told me I hadn't sent a reciept so they couldn't do anything. It was in the package with everything else.
It cost me shipping to send it once, now they want me to get another reciept and ship it back to them again. THEY LOST MY RECIEPT! Why should I have to go through the trouble again? I told them that this was the last PNY product I would ever buy! There is no one at the company higher than the service supervisor??? Thats what I was told. Their video card fried my computer! It cost me about $400 in parts. All I want is a replacement video card.
