We paid Gill's Electric (510) 451-2929- GE $601. With two checks $402.11/1 Chase and $199.11/28 Citibank which both cleard our bank accts in Nov for minor electrical repairs at our Oakland, CA home. GE has sent bills to us with added monthly interest and late charges claiming that they were never paid and stated they are having accounting system problems keeping track of payments. We have copies of the checks.in fact, my wife Sonja in good faith forwarded a copy of the largest check and GE would not open the attachment showing proof claiming fear of a virus, which is boggus.in the meantime the company has continued to pursue a double payment from us while piling up interest and late charges each month from Nov - April. We have spent much time (Jan-Apr) and many hours and sleepless nights dealing with this false and unethical collection activity and have placed numerous calls to staff who refuse to resolve this and the owner Bradley Gill will not return any of my calls. Given the unfair manner and bad faith shown by GE, we would like an apology and our money returned.
