Placed my order on feb. 19 at 11:15am. Feb. 28th at 5:58pm inquired about my order, i was told they were still processing my order. March the 13th at 1:05pm received an email stating that my wheels were on backorder. March 18 at 10:36am received a text from jimmy stating my wheels were still on backorder. Jimmy sent other wheels for me to look at but, i told him i just wanted a refund. March 18 at 2:11pm received another text from jimmy stating the wheels were discontinued, i told him it did not matter i just wanted a refund. March 18 at 4:05pm a text was sent stating order cancelled full refund allow 10 business days or april 1st for credit to appear in account. April 4th someone at ready wheels finally answers the phone and tells me his name is lewis and he has been sent to clear up the mess at ready wheels. He has promised me a refund and a transaction number everyday that i have talked to him and i have not received neither one, i finally got mad and told him to stop his lying i knew this company has taken money from a lot of people and its a shame but every dog has his day and karmer is a real mother for ya so get ready your day is coming and i plan to do everrything in my power to get my money back from them. This ready wheels site needs to be shut down before anyone else loses anymore money. I dont have that kind of money to just give people i have to work hard for my money and then people lie to you and take it. I hope someone will do someone will do something about this so i can get my money back you have plenty of complaints on line.
