I cannot seem to get any help from this company.
Their website offers no information as to if a specific wheel is in stock or not.
I paid $788.00 for my wheels... After not receiving any information I had to call to find out that they did not have the wheels, and apparently couldn't get them.
Strangely, they "had" the same wheels in a larger diameter. I paid the price to make the upgrade. AFTER taking my card number, I was told they would have to be ordered from the manufacturer and they would be ready to ship to me on Wednesday.
Today is Friday. The only response I've received is that they still don't have my wheels. That was yesterday. Now I'm supposed to wait until Monday for tracking.
I call, I'm on hold, I get hung up on.
They now have $900 of my money. I have no information. No tracking number. No wheels. No refund. NOTHING.
I think I'm being scammed.
I've made my complaints, and if the rumors out there are right (and I doubt 40 reviews are ALL liars), I'll receive wheels... And be missing important pieces.
Buyer Beware... Unless you like blowing your money.
