I too was sucked in by free trial. I paid shipping and 2 weeks later my account was debited £84.71. I rang and was told i hadnt phoned to cancel and they would therefore not refund my money. He offered me 75% discount on a further order but i told him it was a dispicable way to conduct any business and i would most certainly not be doing any business with them in the future
