E I placed an order, paid through a unemployment debit card on 9/5. On 9/15 the website gave me a tracking #. I researched the tracking through EMS and the postal service. As of today I still receive the same message. Item # ee718043969cn is at JFK transport. I have contacted the postmaster general, and I have not yet to receive my package. I filed an appeal with the debit card I used and they are denying my money back. I have sent several emails to the company and no response or money returned. What now???
