I found this number through google AND the official Dell website. When I called the tech support line, it put me straight through to a call center. They offered me a warranty for $249.99 to help cover my laptop, cell phone, nook and iPod for a year with a $50 rebate, then got me again for a registry cleaner at $59.99, and still did not manage to fix my computer. Upset, I called back because it was worse than before and got a different person who spent 9 hours trying to fix my computer and still failed, but I got charged ANOTHER $199.00 to try and fix the previous warranty mix up because I said that it didn't show up on the dell site. They did refund the $249.99 but now, finding out that this is a scam, I'm scared that they will try to take that money back and that my security has been compromised through this because they do have access to my bank account now.
