This company is operating a scam sending an "official looking" form letter to companies who have filed already. The letter says, "Failure to comply with the necessary filing will cause the entity to be assessed penalties, fined and Suspension." Etc.

I'm sure many people/companies have paid this company $225.00 for doing NOTHING since that's what they do!
