I received a letter with my business entity number on it, asking for a payment of $225. On or before 4/15/2103.in it was the warning that a penalty of $250. Will be assessed by the Franchise Tax Board even thought they are a "private service company." Sheesh. They had a semi-official looking seal. I did not write them a check...
