I ordered a free sample from their company website and a couple of weeks later, I received a text alert that $49.95 is being deducted from my bank account. I was FURIOUS! I contacted the company by phone and had to leave a message. I also emailed and the company responded by email the next day with these exact words from the customer service manager: "When you originally ordered the 2-pack sample, you were automatically enrolled in the Zestra Essential Rewards program which ships you out a full order (12 use bottle) 15 days after your original order. After that, the auto-ship will ship your product every 60 days." That's was NOT approved by me! I still haven't even received a package yet. When and if I do, I am responsible for getting the package to a post office, and making sure they receive it within so many days. Plus, I need to watch my bank account to be sure that they properly refund my account.
I have been scammed and greatly inconvenienced. I caution everyone to stay clear of any dealings with this company. DO NOT ORDER THE FREE SAMPLES or you will be scammed too.
