Called the company this evening regarding a usage issue between two of my apple products. Spoke to a representative who stated she could connect me to a tech specialist who would remotely fix my issue for the fee of 99.99. I fell for it, provided my checking information and she put me on hold for a transfer.instead of being transferred, I was hung up on. I thought it was weird, called my bank concerned that it may have been a scam, and found out that the money had already been taken out of my account. I called the company back infuriated as I had not received any service, yet they proceeded to charge me. Upon requesting they cancel the order, the billing rep told me I could not get a refund because I received "consultation." Cancelled my debit card and requested a new one immediately. WIll be fighting the $99.99 posted to my account.
