Do not have a street address (not listed). For the perso I spoke to who was a supervisor on the line I called re my invoice. The name he gave me was Johnathon. On this month's bill dated 3/26 Total New charges showed $135.73 yet the total amount due showed $152.46. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with this person while he tried to explain his form of billing.

Last Month I spoke to a person (again for almost 2 hours) who told me to send $142.69 for bill dated 2/26. Now I am being asked t I agreed to pay the $135.73 for today's bill and do not wish to dispute any further. I am 81 years of age, now a widow not in good health. These lengthy disputes make me ill. Please accept the $135.73 shown on this months bill and let there be no more disputes - otherwise I shall have to look elsewhere for my service.incidentally if you look back CAtherine D. You will see we have been customers of yours for quite a number of years now. Always paying our bills on time.
