Called this company after seeing their website, no answer but was called back within 5 minutes, Joe said they has been in business several years and had no complaints, talked as if they were a well respected company. However, after placing order was told only accepted money gram. Sent money gram December 8, called two weeks later (when products ordered had not arrived) said chrismas had them backed up, however would send me a tracking number to track order. Today is Jan. 7, still no order has been received, NOONE will answer their e-mail or phone calls, this from a company that claims they will reach by e-mail or phone within 15 mins of you trying to reach them
