When I placed my order first time, it was canceled, becase of wrong expiration date of my credit card they write. Whithout any notification order was canceled. I placed order again (after 2 weeks, when I realized, that my Visa wasn't charged).
After couple a days my credit card was charged. I expected my pacage for 7 bisness days and started wis e-mails.
I wanted to find out what my order# (at time of order they say me that my order# is my name (?!). On my e-mails I got ansers like "wait for 10 bisness days", and "when product is sheeped you get tracking# by e-mail". But I did NOT got any e-mail in the past 10 days from you guys!!! The answer was - WAIT.
On 10th day of my weiting I sent e-mail with question 'What status of my order, today is 10th day, that you promised me', and got answer "Thank GOD!".
Unprofessional attitude and bad service this is a face of that company!!!
