I have ordered a trial pact on Bellagenix products that is Intensive Corrective Serum and veloura luxury anti wrinkle creme and promised that i only pay for the shipment only. But i was charged for RM600 for both products which suprised me very much. The charges was made in my card statement in February bill.
The company had cheated us for the trial packs offered and i am very much regreted for the way they advertised their products. Can we be refunded for the cost being charged to my credit cards? Please ensure that you just bill for the shipment only for trial packs offered.
