Our pump kept running all day on Friday the 29th of March and we called the business we always called and they were out of town on business for the weekend. So we looked in the phone book and called this company and they said they would be out to look at it at 11 am on Saturday and then he called back and said 3pm and then 3:30 pm on Saturday and 2 men finally arrived about 3:45pm and tried for 2 hours to figure out the problem. They even emptied our hot water heater from under the house, looked at the pump and could not figure out the problem and then they looked on the internet! Something is wrong with that picture. My husband told them that they were wasting our time and theirs because they still did not know what the problem was. They did not have any idea!
They wanted to charge $90.00 but my husband told them they did not fix or know what the problem was and he did not think that they should charge us at all unless the problem was resolved. He did pay them $60.00 and they did not give him a receipt. We really do not want the money back but those people do not know how to fix or diagnose the problems and we do not want anyone else ripped off by this company.
