I, too, ordered a trial offer for Pure Biotix and Nutridaxa PureBerry Max for $4.95 shipping and handling. When I talked to my Visa card company they informed me that under a trial offer I agreed to the "terms of membership" and had to cancel the "membership." I don't recall seeing any membership agreement or recurring credit card terms either so fell for the scam. I did call 1-877-374-0812 which is a billing firm, told them I wanted to cancel my "membership" and it wasn't a problem, but per my bank I do have to pay for the product and charge I received. They also gave me 866-227-1830 for Pure Biotix which I also ordered as the two were in tandum and shipped together. That's also a "membership" and was treated fine, no questions asked.in both cases I asked for and got a confirmation number. Never again!
