We had a 1 year service agreement we pre-paid for and at the 1 year mark they re-cahrged our card even after I told them we didn't want to renew with them. They never provided leads as they had said they would and their leads are old and incomplete.
I have reached out to our bank to return the charges but VISA won't allow because construct-a-lead provided to Visa a log in where I logged in to cancel the services and they are claiming that we used their services at that point when we had actually cancelled in February.
