I too ordered a free sample of proliftglow, on their site it said free sample only pay £1.99 postage. Two weeks later as far as im concerned this company stole £84.00 from my bank account, as I didnt see anything on their page about being charged this... It said FREE SAMPLE... I also didnt recieve an invoice with my order just a tiny piece of paper with tel. No's. On contacting this deceitful company I was told it was not possible for them to process refunds...
